Description

How To Use

  • Step 1: Remove a test strip from the container and immediately close the cap tightly to protect the remaining strips. Insert the metallic end of the strip into the meter. The meter will automatically turn on.
  • Step 2: Using a lancing device, prick the side of your fingertip (or another recommended site) to obtain a drop of blood.
  • Step 3: Touch the drop of blood to the center of the green field on the strip. Remove your finger. The meter will beep and display a flashing hourglass symbol, indicating that the test is in progress.
  • Step 4: After about 5 seconds, the meter will beep again and display your blood glucose result on the screen.
     Remove the test strip to turn off the meter, and dispose of the strip properly.

Precautions.

To ensure accurate blood glucose readings, handle Accu-Chek test strips with care.

  • Store them in a cool, dry place—away from extreme temperatures and humidity.
  • Use the strips before the expiration date printed on the container.
  • Always close the container tightly after removing a strip to protect the remaining strips from moisture damage.

What delivery options are available?

At checkout, you’ll have the option to select your preferred delivery method.
You can either:
● Collect your order in-store from the nearest Translite Pharma branch, or
● Have it delivered to your preferred location by our trusted delivery partner.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and will be clearly displayed on the checkout
summary page before payment is made.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a notification via email. For real-time updates, feel free to
call us at 0110 610 017.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. For in-store pickups, we can release the order to a third party if:
● You confirm with us via our official communication channels, or
● The person collecting provides valid proof (e.g., the order confirmation email).

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (Monday to Sunday) will be delivered within 3 hours.
Orders outside Nairobi will be delivered in 24 – 48hrs
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
In case of any delays or delivery challenges, we will notify you as soon as possible.
