A Full Refund or Credit Note Will Be Issued If:
● Your order was paid for in full at the time of purchase, and:
○ You received a defective or damaged item
○ Your item(s) were lost or damaged in transit
○ The product received is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery
Refunds or Credit Notes Will Not Be Issued If:
● You change your mind after receiving the product
● You purchased the wrong item by mistake
Exchange Policy.
We may provide a product replacement or exchange under the following circumstances:
● The product received is defective
● The product received is not what was ordered
● The item is past its expiry date
To be eligible for an exchange:
● The item must be unused, untampered, and returned in its original packaging
● A valid original receipt must be provided (this is included in your package)
● The item must be returned within 48 hours from the time of delivery
If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to offer an exchange.

All approved replacements will be processed within 24 hours of confirming your request.
Dispute Resolution.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of
Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this
Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts, and you consent to
personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts. You waive any right to a jury trial in connection with any
legal action related to this Agreement.
